Run your wedding photography studio from one place.

The photography is the easy part.

A wedding photographer runs a small business with a long sales cycle, two or three payments per client, and a season that arrives all at once. The admin is where the week goes.

  1. MondayThree inquiries: one in Instagram, one in Gmail, one from the website form. You answer two and lose the third under a client's reply.
  2. TuesdayA couple asks for 12 June. You have a feeling someone else asked for it too. You scroll back three weeks to find out.
  3. WednesdayThe quote is a PDF, the contract is a Word file, the deposit is a bank transfer you'll have to match by hand.
  4. ThursdayWho paid the second instalment? Open the bank app, open the spreadsheet, open the email, cross-check.
  5. FridayA proposal you sent on Monday is still unanswered. You meant to follow up. You didn't.

One pipeline, from the first hello to the last gallery.

Every couple is a card that moves through the same six stages, and a seventh for the ones who went elsewhere. At each step the app already knows what to do, so you don’t have to remember.

  1. 1New inquiry

Lands from your website form with the date, venue and message. Spam never makes it in.

  2. 2Replied

An instant reply with your brochure, in your words, sent in your office hours.

  3. 3Call booked

Their page shows if the date is free, taken, or asked for by someone else.

  4. 4Proposal sent

They open a page, choose a collection, sign with their names and pay the deposit.

  5. 5Booked

The checklist appears, dated from the wedding. Payment links go out on schedule.

  6. 6Gallery delivered

The gallery email with the link, and a review request a week after.

What it does, in the order you’ll use it.

A form for your website, whatever it runs on

Showit, Squarespace, WordPress, Pixieset: paste one snippet. Each inquiry becomes a lead with the date, venue, guests and message. A bot trap, a three-second rule and a spam score keep the rest out.

A board you drag across the stages

From first hello to delivered gallery, with a column for the couples who went elsewhere. Rename the stages the way you talk about your work; the logic underneath stays the same.

You always know if a date is free

Two couples asking for the same Saturday is the worst email to get wrong. The app shows it on both records and, if you want, tells the first couple that someone else is asking.

Proposals they sign in a minute

Offer one collection or three. They choose, see the payment split, read the agreement with their names filled in, sign by typing them, and pay the deposit. You keep a locked copy with the time, the device and a fingerprint of the text.

Paid on your own Stripe

Payment links for every step of the plan, one payment each. When money lands, the record marks itself paid, the checklist ticks, and a paid deposit books the date. Bank transfers you tick by hand.

Emails that go out on time

Twelve templates in your words, with placeholders for the names, the date, the venue. Seven automations: the instant reply, the follow-up, the payment reminder, the week-before note, the gallery email. Only between 9 and 20, only once.

Following up, Sofia and Daniel

Dear Sofia and Daniel, I wanted to check you received my note about 12 June 2027 at Villa Balbiano. The date is still free…

Sent automatically after 5 quiet days, at 9:00.

Today, then the calendar

Open the app and see who to answer, who went quiet, what's due and what's overdue. The calendar shows weddings, holds, payments and tasks on one month.

Made by a photographer, for the studio he runs.

I photograph multi-day weddings in Italy. For years I paid for a CRM, a form builder, an e-signature tool, a payment page and a calendar, and still kept a spreadsheet to know where each couple was.

So I built the tool I wanted: one place that knows the whole arc of a wedding, from the first message to the gallery, and does the boring parts on time. I run my own studio on it. Now it’s yours too.

Questions photographers ask first.

Do I need to move my payments to you?

No. You connect your own Stripe account and couples pay you directly. The app only creates the links and hears back when a payment lands. We never hold or touch your money.

My website is on Showit. Does the form work?

Yes. The form is a snippet you paste into any page, on any platform. It also works as a hosted page you can link to from Instagram.

I'm on Studio Ninja or HoneyBook. Can I bring my data?

A JSON import is ready for GN Studio users today; a CSV import with column matching for Studio Ninja and HoneyBook is next. You keep your stages, templates and settings here.

Is there an iPhone app?

The web app works on a phone today. The native iPhone app is the next thing we build, on the same account.

Where is my data, and is it mine?

In a European database, under your studio only. You can export everything at any time and delete your studio, which removes it.

Your next inquiry could land in the right place.

Leave your email. We are opening studio by studio and will write when yours is ready, with your free trial.
